Liberation from the constructs of our minds, sovereignty over our bodies and reclamation of our stories.
I believe we do this through freeing our minds from limitations and reconnecting to our bodies, to nature and to each other. We do this so that we can approach each day with a greater sense of connection, purpose and fulfilment.
