Welcome to our FAQ page! Here, we aim to address some common questions about our services at Harmony by Design with Samantha.


If you have any further inquiries or need personalised assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We offer a range of services to support your healing journey, including hypnotherapy, Rapid Change Therapy, Human Design Analysis, Intuitive Intelligence Training, Intuitive Intelligence Tapping, coaching, emotion support and guidance for personal development (and more!). 


We work with you to define your goals and provide personalised guidance to help you succeed.


At Harmony by Design, we understand that your journey is unique. No person has the same set of circumstances or experiences. For this reason, we utilise a number of tools and modalities to support you in your healing journey.


Our sessions are conducted online via zoom. This allows you to be in the comfort of your own home while we work together. It is important that you have a safe, comfortable and uninterrupted space for the duration of a session.


Sessions typically run for 60-90 minutes.


We first conduct an Initial Consultant, to understand your needs and objectives. We then work together on a plan that suits you, your goals and your financial capacity. 


Our goal together, is to get you to a place where you feel completely in love with who you are and the life you are creating. 


Hypnotherapy:

Hypnotherapy involves the use of guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind. Contrary to common misconceptions, a person under hypnosis remains in control and cannot be made to do something against their will. Here's how hypnotherapy typically works:


  1. Induction: The therapist guides the client into a state of deep relaxation, often referred to as a trance. In this state, the mind is more receptive to suggestions.
  2. Suggestion: While in the trance state, the therapist may offer positive suggestions or help the client explore and address specific issues. These suggestions are aligned with the client's goals and desired changes.
  3. Resolution: The client's subconscious mind is encouraged to resolve underlying conflicts, reframe negative beliefs, or develop healthier coping mechanisms.


Benefits of Hypnotherapy:

Rapid Change Therapy:

Rapid Change Therapy (RCT) is a holistic approach that blends elements from various therapeutic modalities, such as hypnotherapy, re-programming techniques and tapping. The primary goal of RCT is to facilitate swift and profound changes in a person's thought patterns, emotions, and behaviours. Here's how it typically works:


  1. Assessment: The therapist begins by understanding the client's issues, goals, and underlying beliefs. This assessment helps tailor the therapy to the individual's needs.
  2. Techniques: RCT employs a range of techniques such as visualisation, reframing negative thoughts, and tapping on specific meridian points. These techniques aim to reprogram the subconscious mind and reduce the emotional charge associated with past traumas or negative experiences.
  3. Rapid Transformation: RCT often lives up to its name by delivering quick results. Clients may experience profound shifts in their mindset, emotional state and behaviour in just a few sessions.


Benefits of Rapid Change Therapy:


  • Speed: As the name suggests, RCT is known for its rapid results. It is a suitable option for those seeking quick relief from issues like anxiety, phobias, or performance anxiety.
  • Versatility: RCT is highly adaptable and can be applied to a wide range of issues, from overcoming limiting beliefs to addressing unhelpful behaviours and thought patterns.
  • Minimal Discomfort: Unlike some traditional therapies that involve rehashing painful memories, RCT focuses on minimising emotional discomfort during the healing process.


Intuitive intelligence training is a way of developing or strengthening your intuition. Using the Intuitive Intelligence® Method combined with Intuitive Intelligence® Tapping we work to transmute subconscious fears enhancing your ability to connect with your inner wisdom and make decisions from a place of clarity.


Human Design is your unique energy blueprint, a cosmic map that reveals the fundamental aspects of your personality and life path. Combining elements of astrology, the I Ching, and more, it uncovers the way you interact with the world, make decisions, and fulfill your potential. 


By understanding your design, you can harness your innate strengths, navigate life with clarity, and embrace your true self like never before. 


You will need to provide the following information to allow us to access your unique Human Design blueprint:


  • Date of Birth
  • Time of Birth
  • Location of Birth


Your privacy is important to us, all personal information shared is kept strictly confidential.


We utilise your Human Design blueprint to support you in your deconditioning process.

In short, Yes! Online sessions are just as effective as in-person, if not more so in some cases. It allows for flexibility in scheduling and provides a comfortable environment where you can open up and focus on your growth.


Absolutely. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. All conversations and personal information shared during sessions are kept strictly confidential.


We understand that life can be unpredictable. You can easily reschedule or cancel a session by contacting us or using our online scheduling system. Please refer to our cancellation policy for any associated fees.


Session lengths vary depending on your needs, typically ranging from 60 to 90 minutes. The number of sessions required depends on your goals and progress. We will provide guidance on session frequency in consideration of your goals and capacity.
