Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 2023


At Harmony by Design with Samantha, we are committed to providing high-quality online support services to our clients. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our practice and the fair treatment of all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:


1. Appointment Cancellation:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled       appointment will be considered late cancellations.


2. Late Cancellation Fee:

  • Clients who fail to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
  • The late cancellation fee will be 50% of the scheduled appointment cost and must be paid before your next scheduled appointment. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider these on a case-by-case basis.


3. No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show."
  • Clients who have two or more no-shows may be subject to termination of services or restrictions on future appointment scheduling.


4. Emergency Exceptions:

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can happen. In case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the situation.


5. Appointment Reminders:

  • We provide appointment reminders via email to help you remember your scheduled appointments. However, it remains your responsibility to manage your appointments.


6. Termination of Services:

  • Repeated violations of this cancellation policy may result in the termination of       services.


7. Policy Acknowledgment:

  • By engaging in online support services with Samantha Lucht, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this cancellation policy.


We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to maintain flexibility and compassion. Our primary goal is to ensure that all clients have access to the care they need while respecting the time and commitment of our therapists.


If you have any questions or need to discuss your specific situation, please feel free to contact us. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to your well-being.


Please note that this policy is subject to change with or without notice. Any updates or changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.
